Fuel variability is a common challenge in biomass combustion. At UPA Thermal, our reciprocating grate boilers are specifically engineered to process heterogeneous fuels, including wood chips, rice husks, and palm fibers. 

We accommodate moisture content ranging from 10% to 50% and lower calorific values between 2,300 and 4,000 Kcal/kg. This technical robustness ensures stable thermal output even when fuel quality fluctuates. 

By utilizing locally available agricultural or industrial waste, facilities can maintain consistent steam production while reducing reliance on costly fossil fuels. Our focus remains on practical engineering that solves real-world supply chain constraints.
